there are several threads already about the changes (improvements really) to Citi's cards.
How are you interpreting any of that as disturbing?
This just has to do with extended warranties on products purchased and things of that nature. They're only changing the company that provides those protections.
Why is this "disturbing" news? You may want to change your thread title so people do not become alarmed unnecessarily.
Kinda misleading title.
I received 2 emails this morning in regards to protection upgrades for my Premier and Double Cash cards... No word about Prestige??
Is citi not going to enhance prestige benefits aka upgrade it from 12 month to 24 month warranty?

Nice I just made the same thread rock on
If I am not wrong, you made a post about Citi Double-Cash.
If you have not noticed, I am inquiring in regards to the Prestige card.
I got this for my other Citibank cards (I don't have the Double Cash).
I figure it's probably not worth worrying about. So they're changing the provider who administers the benefit programs. It doesn't seem like the programs themselves are substantially changing. Yawn.
