The reason they give me is that since Citi took over and they has to reissue cards that some consumers didn't get them and they aren't reporting until the end of the year.
I know they don't have to report but this is crazy and takes away a good account for me. Okay all of my CCs are 'pays as agreed' and have never been late. Balances are a bit high (soon to be remedied since I am commission only, but then they will go back up until the next check).
Anyone else not having Exxon reporting? What reason did they give?
