Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
I noticed these FDIC banners (red highlight) appearing upon login from the these two Issuers' apps.
This reassurance banners have been there for a few weeks.
Wondering why as both have decided to do so?
Anyone notice this from any other issuers?
BofA also added an FDIC banner to their website recently.
I noticed this as well, I wonder why most big banks added this around the same time.
My tiny local bank that only has like 6 branches also added it recently. Perhaps some obscure pork legislation recently kicked in?

Same here. Noticed it first on Citi then my Amex account page. Even My Morgan Stanley Company stock plan and brokerage account page shows it and didn't before.

They all talk to each other - and they know the system is completely broken.

OK, so I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it's their way of gently reminding the public that they're not an uninsured Fintech... that's all I got from this latest mysterious phenomenon.
