Well it seems wonders never cease!!  Today I received a 1.99% offer in the mail from Capital One that is good until April, 2008.    I have a $3500.00 Mastercard CL with them.   I  paid off 3 accounts last month and probably could use this 1.99% to lower some utilzations on my 3 Amex cards.    I am down to below 40% on utils and working on 30% now.  I am putting all of my bills on automatic payments.  I plan not to use but one card to PIF each month. 

If you don't mind LOL, I think I too will follow your lead and use this 1.99% BT to my advantage  and put a dent in my wallet also!     Thanks for sharing your valuable insight with me/us.
