Maybe I should call in next month and see if I can get another SP CLI on my Evergreen. Just for science.
I"ve gotten SP CLIs every six months by calling. (No soup for me at four or five months when I tried.) Most recent was yesterday.
I call and ask if I'm eligible for a soft pull increase. I think if there is no SP increase available, they can try to do it with a HP.

What is your current credit limit?
In my case, going from $25K to $40K was a "HP" ..they were all SP's on both cards up to $25K
$25k was my goal. Now that I'm there, I'm good with it.
Requested a CLI 2 weeks ago and got +$5k with a soft pull.

No
However they start asking for "documents" and hard pulls.
I was on the phone with them about 2 weeks ago they raised my limit from 24 to 25k CSR told me he thinks the new max for softpull is actually 30k. But given I got 5k limit increases like clockwork for 5k until I hit 24k then only got a 1k increase me thinks it is far more likely the well documented 25k sp limit.
So I called back in today to see about a CLI and was told the same that it would be a HP. I told her wow its always been a SP before. She said they updated there systems and don't do SP anymore. So for a test I told her ok. Gave my info and sure enough they tried to pull experian. So I don't know whats going on with them. I won't be trying again.
"updated their system"
"Presses X for doubt"
One of two things, either you aren't eligable for a SP increase specifically or UW standards at FNBO have gotten stricter across the board.
Funny way to express that by a CSR though. Just "updating" a system doesn't cause CLIs to go from SP to HP unless it was intentional. The whole thing just feels off.

I just called about 30 minutes ago and got a SP increase of $3500. The CSR asked about mortgage/ rental payment and annual income, however, she warned that if I was not instantly approved it would be a HP if I really wanted the increase. Total limit now $8000.
I think I figured it out. My wife has a Everygreen VISA and I had her call (It was a different number) and they gave her a SP CLI. Mine is a Fordpass Visa. My last CLI was a SP and I figured it would be the same standards for both. That my fault.
