Just to let everyone know that the Citi forward Card is officially gone today. I logged in my account and it shows that the account is closed and a TYP Card appears on the online profile already.

I called support and they said the new Preferred cards were mailed out on January 4th (at least mine was).
"January 3, 2018 * You will begin to see your Citi Forward account referred to as a Citi ThankYou Preferred account in billing statements, online andd in other communications"
The account was showing up since a couple days ago, as a Citi AAdvantage Gold (no icons), but later it got corrected to a TY Preferred (with icon).
