Fastest CLI denial ever..

So I decided to get crazy and ask for a CLI w/ OldNavy.  I went from 300 to 500 recently (auto), but am still bothered by my lowest limit.

It took all of about 2 seconds for it to respond with a denial after hitting the NO-LUV button.

My question --

Do you think the computer looked at my recent CLI and automatically said no way?   I poked around on here for OldNavy cli's but I'm still curious.

I'd think the denial was due more to your recent cli, than anything else. I get those's all the time. LOL

Old navy is by BEMB and they are very stingy with CLI

I have a Banana Republic card since 01 and my limit was 1950 and I press the Luv Button and got a 200 increase to 2150 wow what big increase huh? LOL

I have Old Navy started with $200 CL and it is still at $200. Every time I ask for CLI it says I have to maintain 4 months. It is not really months it is 4 statements. If there is no balance then no statment cut. So best thing is either make small charges and make sure the statement cuts and then make the payment. After 4 statements ask for CLI. You can ask for CLI after every 4 statements.

The card was opened in March of 06, so it just turned two.  Highest balance ever is 271, I never carried a balance longer than 4 months.  (I just looked up the particulars, lol, I thought I carried a balance longer than that and that the card itself was a few years older - whoops.)

Oh well.  What can ya do?

If they did it hasn't shown up yet (just pulled TC).  That would be a FAST hard pull if they did!  Yikes!
