Just curious what your favorite current card is and why.
For me I can't include the Barclaycard Arrival, because it's still on the way.
I would say it's between Discover IT and Chase Freedom.
I like the apps for the phone for both, though extra props to Discover for the PIN entry.
But I guess I would have to say Freedom overall because it allows me to convert to cash after 20$ in points, Discover is 50$ although you can direct pay with points with each on amazon.com
I want the Garnet version of Discover, but I JUST got mine a few months ago and I will wait until it looks worn down.
I really like the barclaycard rewards. No fee, free fico score, 2x points on gas, groceries and utilities, 1 point on everything else plus the rewards boost by going on to their website and selecting a stores website and shopping on there. It is as close to a discover it as I can get right now lol.
Oh yes! I forgot about Discover's free FICO. Now I really am unsure between the 2!

I used to pay 15 a month for a free fico so thats a huge plus its gonna save me 180 a year actually more cause of tax. Those are some nice cards you got what are your scores if you dont mind me asking
@Bigblue Right now I have around 714 EX (purchased from myfico this month) and 710 TU (from Barclaycard/Discover)
I think also going for me is that I've had credit since I was 19 years old and now I'm 26, not saying my AAoA is high, but just that I'm not new to credit even though I have some late payments from 2008/2009 at least the credit companies can see I've had consistant payments since and keep low utilization.
But I am gardening for at least a year! Too many apps this year. Feel like I'm addicted to CC apps now.
At the moment my favorite card is my CSP. Its my highest credit limit. It allows me to transfer UR points to travel partners and there is a bonus on dining spend. And while not a major factor I do love the weight of the card and design. This will probably change next year when the AF comes up and I have to make some decisions (likely I will switch to a chase ink plus/bold and that will clearly be my favorite due to the bonus categories on cable/phones/office supplies), but out of my current cards the CSP is my favorite. Runner ups would be my Amex cards the PRG and BCP. I'm still getting to know amex and time will tell if they can win me over from chase.
BCP. Looks cool and works pretty much everywhere.
I do feel the website has gotten too busy looking, though.
@ red, I'm happy to finally have an AMEX (again, had a BoA one years ago that is closed) but it's taken so few places I got the Costco True Earnings so that at least I could use it there. I think they maybe take all AMEXs though? But my Cotco membership is on the card which is nice.
I think AMEX would be better if it had wider acceptance. Looking forward to trying to get my CLI with them.
Also the CSP, I am so mad at myself for not going for the AF version... I had a reimbursed work expense shortly after for 2,000 so I easily could have gotten the bonus! I'm still thinking I'll have to try that card in the future. All ym friends had got it. I'm glad to have the Barclaycard Arrival coming in the mail now, should be fun!
Currently the Citi 5x TYP, but that expires in March. After that probably my Amex Blue Cash. But have to give lots of kudos to the Sallie Mae, which I still think is undervalued on this site, though slowly gaining more followers.
Atm it's disc IT. But that will change this week when I get my marriott premier card. Gotta spend 1k + can't wait to flash that metal around.
