Good that you checked on-line. Many don't and are later surprised; getting hit with late fees, etc. Pushing a surplus payment, as Broke_Triathlete suggests, may be the way to go. Then there's no chance of trailing interest charges. I've never read of Credit One rejecting pushed payments.

Done that....used Bill Pay of my FCU to pay $10...I just want to get rid of this card ASAP..that's my level of frustration...

CREDIT ONE BANK *xx27

Doesn't surprise me at all...people who have called their phone lines will know. First a lengthy 60 seconds credit protection blah blah (of course they'll charge you $0.96 per $100 owed, each month) and then go through the ocean of prompts. When one logs in online, many a times you'll be hit with "new card design ($6.95 fee)" and "add an additional user ($19 fee)" etc.

When I logged in today, saw a new "New way to earn Cash back, coming 1st Sept 2015" message flashes. Not sure how much will they charge the user to earn cash back

Let's hope they dont hold the payment for a month...then you'll get a (too many payments fee)

Re: Fed up with Credit One...

When I 'thought' i paid my account in full and closed the account, I logged in a few days later and noticed I owed $1.27!

Had I not checked, I bet they would've sent me to collections for that amount...be very careful with them and login online frequently to make sure no surprise charges are added.
