+1 Discover is a better bet at lowering APR's
After a better credit profile fill out the form and return it for possible reduction in APR

well i won't expect and apr reduction, so if it does happen will be an pleasent surprise. I don't plan ever carry an balance so it shouldn't matter.

I think next year i may have to think about applying for an CU card for big emergencies. For now i just don't want anything crazy just stuff for things i already buy like amazon, gas, and groceries. Got myself in trouble once don't want to repeat that :-(
sadly i am still recovering from the last time with an CO from cap one , no matter how many times i try to GW with them, they always deny me. I don't want that to happen ever again if i can help it.
