Fidelity Amex CSR called me...

...and wanted me to use my card. I told her I had closed it in June last year. She wanted to know what she could do to make me use it. I knew it was closed but she said she showed it open. I told her to send me a new card and I would try it. She updated/confirmed email and address and when she tried to order me a replacement card, the account finally showed up as closed.

I insisted it was closed and saw it on my reports. It was quite the waste of time but glad in the end I won!!
