so if I apply for an American Express BCE and get denied, it'll be a soft inquiry on my credit report? And there will be no hard pull?
If you're a current Amex member, yes.
Does that include being AU on a family member's AMEX BCE account?
I don't believe so, no.
WOW! you go the the BEST hilton cards! Better than *cough Hilton AMEX cough cough*
Does that include if I am just an authorized user on an amex green?
my wife has head me as an AU for a couple years on her green card but my credit is reaching a place where I should be able to pull my own prime cards and amex blue is on my hit list.
Thanks
EDIT: bah. I just saw where my question already got answered. Sorry.
^^nope you must me a actual card member, in other words the card must be under your name in order to qualify for the soft pull in case of denial in a amex card application

The HHonors Amex has it's uses; it's the only way to get AXON redemptions.
