I just requested a CLI for my Citi card today and got a $1400 increase to $10000 today without a hard pull! My other cards range from $2000-$4000 (including ones I got this month). Why is Citi so much higher?
Is this your first CLI from them? If so, how long did you wait from the time you got your card and the CLI request? Did you do it online?

I've had CLIs before. And yes, I did it online and took the risk of getting a hard pull. On the results screen they told me they did not pull my report.
