I jus had my first prequalified offer from AMEX. Offer is for the Delta Sky (Gold), Hilton Honors Surpass & Hilton Honors Aspire Card. Feels good to finally prequalify.
I didn’t apply. I read on here a couple of days ago from a contributor not to apply if you don’t really want the card. I think that’s good advice so I’m taking it. More interested in cash back for gas, grocery and other.
Feels good to know my rebuild is making progress. If you are just starting out it will get better. Now I have to be patient to get the card I want with a nice starting limit!!

Thats great! Ive never prequaled with Amex and self control is priceless. Very hard to resist but this will show you you can build your profile with good cards that will fit your needs

I got 12 points a few days ago when 2 accounts aged to 6-months on EX. On TU I think it was 24 points. 😳😳

Its amazing whay myFico forums can do for ya. It can be dangerous as its easy to get swept away in applying and getting those approvals but you either learn the easy way or hard way but do learn. Ive been here over 3 years and i still make mistakes but you know what, all my failures and denials are a good thing. Ive learned now to let my profile breathe and in time be where i want to be. Im inching up on 3 years aaoa and that will be amazing feeling Keep up the positivity and youll be rewarded
