Re: First Premiere should I keep? what's the highest limit they give?

FP does charge high interest and the fees can be high depending on the type of offer you accepted. I have better cards but choose to keep my FP open at least for now because my annual fee is $45 plus a $6 monthly fee but when i call customer service they have waived the AF or monthly fees for me at least twice. FP credit lines usually max out at 1,000-1,200 because it is a rebuilder. Maybe consider keeping one of your FP for the good history and closing one?

$117 is a lot but i guess its a matter of perspective. I initially was willing to pay $117 to get good history to balance out some negative. even when my credit was perfect i remember giving Amex high AF for hardly any benefits. I would say now the cost of the FP might be $45 a year after they waive a portion of the fees.
