It might seem silly, but I was really happy to log into my Amex account tonight, and see that I had a pre-approval show up as a banner on my BCE's page. It's for the Gold Delta SkyMiles Card. There is no "special" offer here. The only difference is that they pre-approved me at the lowest APR that the card shows avaialble. I currently have a Platinum, BCE, and EDP with them and the BCE is the oldest (02/17). In fact my EDP isn't reporting yet. I don't plan on signing up for this card, as I have plenty of cards that fit my needs better, and I have PLENTY of new cards... In actuality, I'm chalking it up to them really wanting to push this card, since it's highlighted on the website as a limited time offer. Disco also has me pre-approved at the lowest offered APR for three cards as well. These are the first times that I've been pre-approved at that side of the spectrum lol. Sorry about the worst pictures ever. I'm on my Mac, and have no idea how to screen shot on it, so cell phone pictures are what you get.
**EDIT** Adding that when I check for offers, I am pre-approved for the ED, BCE, and Green. The ED and BCE show 17.99% APR.

Congrats on the nice offer. Got an email for it as well a couple of days ago. But I am all AMEX'd out, I just got approved for my third card with them last Sept. (Blue Delta) So i am firmly planted right now until my roots are overgrown. But our offers were similar. Nice to know that AMEX does like to keep it's members loyal to them. I'm in the market for a good Visa CC in a year or so
