I can picture it as a sports analyst/commentator play-by-play. OP, congrats! Use the reasons for decline as a roadmap so that way your profile is ready when you do app again (whenever that is)

Congrats on your spree!  I would sit in the garden for 6-12 months and watch your success grow.  You'll have some payment history behind you, and perhaps your cr will be in better shape next time around.
