For those with PAYPAL accounts

Many like you to have an active Checking account noted for verification purposes

Do you use a CC or yoru checking/debit account with purchases

I have used my Checking/debit but thinking afte receiving this hooters card giving all terms are good start to use this card as my primary of online purchases and all of those types of payments versus in store (LOL since I am a woman---may shock some store individuals to see me pull out a HOOTERS card) --

dont think I fit the potential to work there either LOL

I normally use it with my checking account. CC is only for backup.

I ONLY pay for Paypal Purchases with a CREDIT CARD.  That will give you DOUBLE PROTECTION if there is a problem with a service or product.

If you file against Paypal and they refuse you, you can use your credit card for a dispute.

Cash offers zero protection for purchasers.   I've come across many people on eBay who paid using checking and were out the money because it offers no paypal protection.

I never had any problem getting the money back from paypal. I think there is an extra charge if you were to use the credit card through paypal. You might want to check before using the credit card for payment. I have been using paypal for about 7 years and I did not had any problems with them so far.

I buy and sell (mostly sell) on eBay and I use PayPal for everything but I wouldn't really trust them as much as I would a CCC as far as the protection is concerned. I've read some bad stories about PayPal experiences, so I use a CC to pay for everything because there I know I'm protected. However, if you read PayPal's T&C, using a CC may actually disqualify you from being eligible for the PayPal protection.

They encourage you so strongly to use your bank account because they make more money by not paying CC merchant fees and charging the users the same in fees regardless of source. But when you use a CC, they pay the merchant fees and those can trickle back to you as rewards.
