Unfortunately BoA has a long memory. Usually,when a person is blacklisted an inq is not even made on your cr. Maybe you'll be lucky and it will drop off soon. In the meantime, there are other fish in the sea. Time to go fishing.

Bank of America, pff. You know they were sued for defrauding investors earlier this year, right? Just last month they were sued by the United States Gov, and found liable for selling defective mortgages. Not cool. They're paying out something like $13 billion.

You are confusing banks! JP Morgan Chase got the $13B fine, Bank of America is hit with a mere $864M, so they are 16 times more honest than Chase!
