GEMB Back Card-Reconsideration

Hey everyone. 

I am curious as to find out if anyone has ever had any success in writing a reconsideration letter to GE regarding their Walmart or Amazon Store cards. If you have any stories/experiences, let me know. I have two Orchard Bank (now Capital One) cards that I eventually would like to let go and replace with a GE backed card as I have read that if you are kind to them, they will return the favor. 
For whatever reason, they are just not that into me.
