Currently I have a WF visa 6k balance I'd like to transfer. The top my list is the PSECU 20/20 combo (denied in Feb.), 2nd would be I think Freedom over slate with the $200 bonus with $500 spend would offset the 3% transfer fee. I would also like a 0% FTF card, (Penfed? Reapply? I was denied in April for pyramiding) since I'll be traveling out of the country next Month. Other products wanted are WF LOC, total rewards visa, CSP (combined with freedom for travel points), Costco Amex vs. Amex everyday (cash vs mr points?), unsecure an 11 month old CU visa, and maybe JCrew. I was also recently denied a 6mo. cli on a usaa card for util, short history, and derog info.
Current profile consists of: WF visa 12k(6k 9/12), DCU 10k ($0, youngest account at 4mo.), Amex PRG (pif 11/13), 2x USAA 5k ($0 11/13), secured CU visa $500 ($0), cap1 secured $300 ($0), bananacard $850 ($0), 5 mo. Old car lease, 4 student loans.
EX 685 (5/14 PSECU) (should raise when my util goes down from a $2500 balance that hasn't updated yet) EQ 653 (6/4/14) TU 699 (4/14)
AAoA 4.5 years. ex inq 12 in 2 years, 1 in 6mo, eq 8, TU 3. Negatives include 12 serious delinquencies ranging from 2008 to 2010 on student loans that seem to be holding me back a little. Clean the last 3.5-4 years. 9.5 years total history. Income $80-90k.
Any feedback would be appreciated On chances of approval and other product considerations.

I don't know why someone would chose Slate over Freedom. I know that the $200 bonus will be offset by the Transfer, but why get a card which gives you no rewards after the promotional APR has run out. With the travel plans, CSP is a good card to have, but so is the Arrival + from Barclay's (not sure what the credit requirements are for it - I am still off that mark myself).

If the balance is on the Wells Card, I wouldn't do the Loc until the card is paid off.
I guess the bonus would offset the BT Fee but I would rather get slate now and do the BT and maybe grab CSP at same time and hope for 1 pull... then later when you get balances paid down from slate go back for a freedom and transfer the CL from slate to CSP and or freedom and close slate.
if your doing amex blue cash vs costco, get the blue cash plus at least for first year as bonus offests af and you can earn more all year and see if it's better for you to just pc down to the af free card next year or keep the bcp.
maybe look into the Barclay.
I don't like the idea of an APR above 20% after the introductory period (hoping you'll be able to transfer the balance by that time)
I like credit unions for carrying a balance as they have a 15% APR ceiling.
PenFed I would not reapply for as you proposed. I have written my experience with them in other posts, I do not expect them to approve your application as they are a very 'conservative lender'.
Would freedom and Amex delta be a better balance transfer and travel card app spree than CSP and freedom? I do travel delta more than any other airline combined with PRG mr points.
Idea #1 - CapOne's Quicksilver
1.5% cash back and no FTF. 0% until March 2015. Your profile looks better than many who get the card. You're getting denials, so why take the risk of burning even more HPs?
Idea #2 - BoA TravelRewards Visa
1.5% points and no FTF. 0% for 12 billing cycles. I know nothing else about this card, though.
