I applied for a gemb lowes and got the 24/48 hour thing .... then the up to 7 to 10 days .. still no deniel .. But I checked my inquires on all 3 and no gemb.. yet oh well ...

Ok Gemb Lowes ran TU with a 632 FICO score.. HERE..  as of 4/12/2008..

I did notice about a month ago Gemb walmart was on the inq.. it was denied ..

The next day I got my 500cl cap one card..

Should I call lowes even if a get a denied... I would like to have the card because after we move into our new mobile home I am planning on building a shop and this would sure help..

GEMB is a strange lender, it's hard to predict what they are going to do, ever.  I'd call them and ask for the status.  If that doesn't work do a search for GEMB recon and see if there is a number to a credit analyst somewhere and call them.  I've heard of GEMB giving Lowes cards with your scores so I wouldn't give up hope.  You still have a shot at it.  Remember recons work sometimes and you can always call back and talk to someone else if the first person doesn't help you out...lol.

It was pulled TU on the 14th of april... Looks like a denial maybe.. got nothing and I lost the email with the status number .. should I just call them .. What if any backdoor number .. They pulled TU with a score of 632 from here.. I think when they pulled it still had one collection from 2004 on the report??

Or should I just wait to see what happens ?

Called GE MOney Bank and this is what was said they have no info on an account for me.. I got the 7-10 day wait email... They said I should go right to the store ( Lowes ) and apply at customer service.. Think I am going to try for instant approval on a depot card ???

the GEMB Lowes card does seem to be very weird.

First time I applied for the business they said they couldn't verify my biz number and declined it.

2nd time they wanted pg.

I have EVERY other biz GE card with no PG and no problem.

They also told me to go to store and could probably do instant there.

I would go for home depot if I was you!

I don't know about Lowes but I apped for Home Depot last night and got approved with a 622 EX. They pulled EX here in PA

Called Lowes , they dont seem to know wether I actually applied or not , been 5 days or 4 ... So what the heck I applied for Home depot .. got the same thing 7-10days...  I guess they dont want to sell me anything for my new mobile home .. Oh Well.. I guess I will use my cap one card >>> ( The only thing in my wallet )

I guess I am not good enough to pre qualify for any card.. all got the 7-10 day email.. said they had to investigate more.. My question is what more or they going to investigate ?  Its not like I am on trial.. I just want a lowes, or depot card for a major purchase...
