Sorry for the blank.  I would like to know if anyone has had experience of obtaining their AMEX back after a BK.
I had a GREEN that was closed by them, I paid off my balance and it reports Paid as agreed on my reports.  Also, I was an AU on a Gold that is listed on my report for 32 years, which says the same thing.
 
Any success stories of people being reconsidered after BK or during rebuilding.  Please advise.

AMEX is a pretty tough customer when it comes to BKs.

You probably want to set your sights lower for at least three years or so, get back in the 700s.

At least the card reports as closed by them and paid as agreed. That should work in your favor down the road when you want to re-apply. Perhaps suggest the card be re-opened...

Probably will not happen.  I recently reapplied.  I had a green closed that never went to collections. 
Denied...reason was because I had a card previously closed by them.
