Any chance you have an old receipt in your email mailbox that you purchased using that card? Those typically show the last 4, so together with ther first 12 you could piece together the full 16. Otherwise, I'm not sure.

I'm able to see the last four digits of the card used for an Amazon order (in the "My Account" section of their website) from 20 years ago.
(Now I feel old...)
Another thought hit me, and I just checked my inbox (yes, I keep a very untidy inbox) and see that the monthly "Your card statement is ready" emails from my now-closed card are in there, and include the last four.
