First good job with the Citi Amex platinum. I wasn't even aware of this card or it's benefits before today. To Cheddar. If you call the concierge # for this card. Who does i connect you with? Do they say concierge or personal assistant? I think Citi is a great bank that goes above and beyond in customer service and doesn't havea problem granting good credit limits and increases. Wherever AMEX or Discover are not accepted I reach for one of my cards from Citibank.

Sorry for the delayed response.  I got behind in reading posts for a few days and am just now catching up.

Thanks for the congrats.

Also sorry that I can't answer your question just yet.  I haven't used the concierge service that comes with this card yet (I've only had the card for 6 days), but as soon as I do, I'll post back and let you know.

no problem cheddar. If they are who i think they are they jump to attention. Service varies by who you get. There are about 100 employees. You could just call and ask about the your weekly local forecast and it would be provided to you. Anyhow i'm real interested to know and thanks for the reply.

So, Cheddar, has your card reported yet? Did it report like an Amex Charge, or is it doing the dud revolving $0 limit thing?

Yep, it sure has.  I posted the image from TC in this thread:

Unfortunately, it's not reporting like an Amex Charge card.  It's reporting as revolving with no limit or terms reported.  As I posted in the other thread, I'm going to see what happens when I let a balance report next month, but I have a feeling this is going to have to be a "PIF before the statement" card.
