Good 0% Cards?

So I’m going to be making some decent-sized purchases in the semi-near future and I may (or may not) want to try out a card with a long intro period apr. What cards are good for such things and also have a good chance of giving me a decent SL? Chase is out as I’m sure you guessed.

If I do this, it wouldn’t be right away, but not so distant-future that I’d have a bunch of inqs falling off.

DPs:
FICOs all in the low 700s
Reported income around 35k
Inqs between 5-10 depending on bureau, several in last six months
AAoA around a year, AoYA a month
No negatives ever

Like I said, I might not do anything at all, because I don’t want another card if it’s going to mean a toy limit. The card doesn’t have to have rewards- - I just want a long intro 0%

Suggestions/advice?
Thanks!

EDIT: I talked to Discover and they gave me 0% for a year on my It card, so I certainly don’t need anything new! Thanks, everybody!

Re: Good 0% Cards?

This may be a semi unpopular oppinion.

Please do not jump into the fire with these 0% cards. You do not want to be stuck in the endless loop of xfer > xfer > xfer. You will eventually hit the wall.

If you have cash in the bank, and want to get 0% for cashflow purposes by all means. Please Have Cash In The Bank, rainy days come when it is most inconvenient.

Just my 2¢

Re: Good 0% Cards?

Cap1 Savor One. This is actually the card I’ll get if I have a large purchase I need to finance unless I ask Disco for another 0% period for said purchase.

Good advice to be sure. Don’t worry: this isn’t being done out of desperation. All my cards are well below 9% utilization and I’m not even planning any BTs. But thanks for the concern!

Re: Good 0% Cards?

My DH just picked up the PNC core visa card 0% for 15 months. I actually found it on CK believe it or not lol, as I had never heard of them.

Ah, that’s one that I do kind of want. I don’t know if I could get it though. Cap One seems to have tightened up a bit and I have a lot of inquiries.  I guess my thought was that cards with no rewards would be easier approvals LOL

Re: Good 0% Cards?

If your Disco has some age they will likely give you 12 months 0 interest on purchases and save you the new tradeline...

Savor One doesn’t seem to be as hard to get as Savor and I believe you would be a prime candidate for either of them with your cards and limits, unfortunately the Savor doesn’t have an intro APR.

I’ve heard a little about them-their cash rewards card looks awesome- but aren’t they a little conservative? See above inquiries lol

Re: Good 0% Cards?

What are all of your inquiries for? Are they all cards?
