Good credit score, but high interest rates

I am gardening at the moment, however when doing a soft credit check (and also getting the pre-approval advertisements in the mail) I see they are always well over 20%+ interest. Normally this wouldn’t bother me since I do my best to follow the AZEO method, but its like my score never changed from 670s to what they are now.

EQ: 742 FICO8 - 4 recent Inquires

TU: 747 FICO8 - 3 recent Inquires

EX: 737 FICO8 - 7 recent Inquires

Overall credit card utilization is 1.33% (FICO rounds to 2%) with the highest amount being ~$500 out of $4500, and second highest being $275 out of $9000. All other cards are 0 but have a total credit limit of 45000.

I do have several loans: one Mortgage, two Auto, and one Personal.

I also have one bad from 9/2016, which may or may not be affecting me still.

My guess would be the baddie on your report. Scores are only part of the puzzle I'm finding out. You can have amazing scores and still get denied for things.

We would need more info like how old is your credit and existing accounts. Also, which banks are you checking and receiving offers from.
