That's precisely why you should apply for the cards all at once; otherwise the resultant AAoA will be too low to apply for the next card right away.
As far as approval chances go, you probably have the best shot at the Amex since you already have a relationship with them, followed by the Chase, and then Citi and Barclays. Honestly, I think you should wait till your revolving history hits 6 months for the best chances. Even then Barclays and Citi will still be a crap shoot. At the current level of income and credit history, any rewards card with high bonuses will be a reach for you, IMO. You may be able to get a Chase since rumor has it that Chase tends to favor current Amex card holders
