Start of week cap1 300 cl. Chase freedom 3.5k cl. Discover more 2kcl. EO email to cap one. Raised to 3.5k. Reconed CSP card and was able to turn freedom into CSP with 5k limit. Available credit from 5800 to 10,500

Quick question when would be good time to app for a freedom again? 6 months or sooner?

Nice increases!  Doubled your available CLs!

The conservative approach would be "no," and wait for 6 months.  The aggressive approach would be to do so now, since your CRs may have improved.  

I favor the bolder approach.  Even if declined now, at least you'd know where you stand with Chase.  One HP is of very little concern at the building stage, in my view.

I like bold. I think ill wait till new CL report the first week of April then apply an if declined wait six months

Open! Chase denied me but gave me a clear path about what it needed to be done to get me approved which was;

Let the accounts that were just opened to age 6 months of credit history and apply back

Now once I do that and apply again I will specifically request that Chase match the other limits or no deal

So yes your statement was real mature on this matter
