They took it off line. says service unavailable.
That could be a good thing. I know there are guys that have jobs just to monitor these credit boards for insight, I bet someone said, ya know, maybe we should have the monkey button (the modify your your features button for those unaware of the goof), do something like maybe put an ad or a movie in there, OR maybe, have it work right, and have the good customers they still have get something out of it lol.
Never mind, it was a burp...... sombody just went "PSYCH!"
The monkey button is probably the worst feature of Crapital Uno. They want you to be pro-active and see if you can modify or add features to your account - but for 99.2% of the population, it's merely nothing more than a pretty graphic that probably doesn't do much internal research into your account - notice how it gives nearly an immediate answer?
Same with CICLI (consumer initiated) - they do NOT do hard pulls, soft pulls, or no pulls. They simply run your account through an in-house system that gauges your account age, spending, payments and sees if you're worth of the CLI. Again, 99.2% of society is not deemed fitting for twenty cents let alone over $250. The distant relatives of the Senior Account managers, however, are.
Capital One can't continue to be 'overly' conservative. People will equally screw prime or sub-prime cards for the rest of credit eternity. TIme to loosen the reigns, Cappy 1. Oh, and get better spokespeople.
