I know it's not a big deal, but i find it funny becuase so many people have trouble getting WMC and WEMC upgrades on their Capital One cards.
Back on the 5th, I was able to finally PC my Capital One QS1 into a regular no-AF Quicksilver (http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Cards/I-am-now-Annual-Fee-free/m-p/4443566). Today when I logged in, I can see this on my account:
I didn't ask for a WMC upgrade, but there it is.
And yet, I'm still pigeonholed into sub-prime cards by Capital One. The only thing that shows up for me on the prequal is a the secured MasterCard.

@Anonymous's funny because I opened a Quicksilver Visa platinum with them last summer @ 3k SL, got a 3K CLI a few months ago bringing it to 6k, but I called and asked if it could be converted to a Visa Signature and they said I would have to apply for a new card to get a VS...
How long did you have your card before you PC'd?

Capital One doesn't really have the WEMC (by request ) option for their QS or Venture cards. IIRC, it was available by request a while back provided the account was eligible but the upgrade was mostly by invitation and it isn't particularly offered these days.

Is this an issue you can take up with the EO?

Good question! I have no idea if their EO would be willing to do it... or actually if that would even be a good idea for utilization.
Don't "flexible spending" accounts not report any sort of credit limit? so they wouldn't help overall util %?
No they still report the CL.
