I've spoken with the eviction people before and explained the situation. They were pretty rude people (overly rude). They said they would do it for 75%. My question is, would this look worse if it's not paid in full?

BTW, I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL YOUR HELP Smiley Very Happy

THANK YOU

Oh I misunderstood this myficomatt... but this is actually better.  Now you know what they are looking for to settle this.  Sooner rather than later but when you are ready to... send them the PFD offer for 75%, or higher or lower as you see fit.  Again it will be for legally settled for less than full, and anything referencing that debt will not appear on your reports due to the PFD.  Smiley Happy

Re: Greetings, newbie, questions.

Hi SmartCookie,

I'm digging this thread up again b/c I have some more questions about that charged-off credit-card.

First, I just want to say thanks (received/activated my Cap1 card yesterday).

When you said that my payments possibly restarted the SOL. Does that mean I will have to wait 7 years from the most-current SOL for this to fall off my report?
