HARD PULL FOR CLI

I am happy I got the increase but not happy they did a hard pull.  I didn't even think about that when I called.  I though once you had a card and asked for a CLI they always did soft pulls.

HSBC - Menards card did a hard pull on TU.  Now it shows 8 inq. in the past 2 years with TU.  GRRRRR  Why does everyone seem tp pull from TU?

i WISH somebody would pull my TU!!!  they always pull crappy experian.
