HELP, CreditAddict! Comenity App Status?

hey guys,

I applied for VS Card from Comenity a week or so ago, and got 7-10 day message. Is there an app status or recon/CA line for them? the number in the sticky leads to a dead end every time

That card is easily obtained with a flash preapproval as in SCT.

It's almost strictly for my gf. add her as AU and let her have a little spree (anniversary). its more of a gift card than anything. Just one that I pay off. It also lets me get a foothold in Comenity. I also may have applied at 2am against my better judgement, and I punished myself by freezing my reports but it's too late now. I'm most certainly not going to get 100 store cards in a week like some people. I like a tidy file. but I still dont think just one would hurt.

also, SCT, like most preapprovals, dont work for me as I'm under 21. stupid CARD act...

Uh oh. They probably have some bs reason like your EQ is frozen when it's not. That's what happened to me and B333is. They are really strict about waiting for the letter to arrive and all that nonsense. Credit addict knows a lot more about comenity than I do so get his help.

Thanks. Yeah this was definitely pre-freeze, but I guess I'll just wait and see. I wont be crushed if i dont get the card, but it sucks cause I've gotten used to the bigger banks like Chase where I just call in and get squared away. instant gratification i'll update when I get a letter back. Thanks all
