Well, this is interesting... Apparently, HSBC reports on the 14th, but they report the balance from the last day of the previous month. I would have assumed they would report the last statement balance or the balance on the day the report (both of which would have been $0!!!), but no, they reported the EOM balance which was 33% utilization on one card and 100% on the other. Well, lesson learned. Thanks to this site, I now pay attention to what day they report and what they are reporting. I'll be adding that info to my spreadsheet tracker. I had planned to put my 2 HSBC cards in the sock drawer anyway so they'll have a $0 balance whatever day they decide to report!By the way, EX is the only CRA that reported the new balance so far (pulling from Chase ID).
