Got into HSBC app page, is it a soft or hard inq when you do it? It says for pre approval purposes only and no other... I appld and was offered a secured card.. I know i'm opt out and have not been getting any pre approvals in the mail recently.. just got approved for amex blue last week w/ regards to my credit standing.. Tnx..
