Anyone having trouble with HSBC, reporting in March?  I have three accounts with them,  best buy 500cl, orchard 320cl and platinum master card 6500cl.  CR asof 4/7/10, shows last date reported as 2/10.

If they arent reporting correctly or at all, just file a dispute with the bureaus.

Here's the fax number for the credit reporting department at HSBC 15036862869.  They told me to writea letter and fax it along with the credit report(s) showing the errors.

Mine updated last on 02/27/10.  Even then it only updated my $200 cli not my payment.

No creditor is ever required to report an account to a CRA but if they do the information has to be accurate.

From a BK years ago to:
8/09 TU-765 EQ- 783
9/09 EX pulled by lender 802
3/10 EQ- 800

You can do the same thing with hard work

I have 2 cards with HSBC and I was wondering the same thing, I just checked my CR and both accounts show a last reporting date of 3/31/10 ??? is this normal??

Do you have a balance? If not HSBC tends to not report.

Yes I do have a balance, paid down about 60% of the total on both last month so I was hoping to perhaps see some type of score increase ... And the last reporting date was 2/28/10 not 3/31/10, my mistake.

I guess I'll just have to wait ...

Usually in cases like that I dispute as PIF or dispute as "actual balance is $x.xx"
