I've had that 'Request Credit Line Increase' button since I opened the account. I've entered the info dozens of times but too worried that they'll deny or worse, CLD that and my other FIA card.
The varied results people get from BoA are interesting to say the least but they have treated me very well.
I have been a BoA card holder since Jan 2009. Initial CL was 5K. 2.5K increase in April and 2.5K in July. Both requested by telephone conersation with a LO.

I have had at least one and as many as three continuously available since I opened my CC 16 months ago.

1) The offers and codes are listed in the APR section of you bill whether you use them or not if they are available.
2) Go to the screen for the account. If you have a BT offer a link will appear above the "Balance Summary" and to the left of the tabbed headings.
3) Click on the "Services" tab and then select "Get Cash and Consolidate Your Bills".
Sounds like you do not have an offer. What they are offering me now (and this is almost all the time) is 3.99% for eight months, 3% fee w/no cap and $10 min.
My card is BofA Amex Accelerated Rewards. 9.9% APR / $7.5K CL - I was just CLI'ed on this account - I have very good credit.
