Has anyone had any success converting a SDFCU secured card to unsecured?

I realize that I might have to go through the application process again.

If I'm approved for a SDFCU unsecured card will they transfer my AAOA from the secured card?

Smiley Happy Welcome to the Forum! Your AAOA will remain with the secured and can't be transfered. If you close the secured card it will still report as a positive trade line for ten years on your credit report. By that time it shouldn't matter any more. Good Luck on your credit journey!

SDFCU is a great secured card, but it doesnt convert. The upside to SDFCU is that their unsecured Visa Cards have easy approval requirements. for what I was told.
