Has anyone had poblems merging or moving CLs between Chase and Wamu cards?

I've heard many people earlier had been able to move CL's between Chase and Wamu cards. My Wamu and Chase accounts are not linked yet to transfer CLs between cards. The CSR told me they have seen this on some accounts in past recent months including my account. They suggested I try again in a few more months. Wondering if it was just my cards?

I tried to back in July and was told I couldnt....CS said that option wasnt available to me.
