Has anyone's HSBC/Orchard account updated for Feb yet?

HSBC always reports on the last business day of the month.

 

On my reports, all 3, last updated/reported date was 01/2009.

 

Has anyone had an update for Feb yet?

I had mine update on the 27th of feb. Its the dm discover though.

None here. Usually hits between the 15-20th for myself reporting the prior month's balance from the last biz day, or whenever they feel like it.

The last time my Orchard updated was on Jan 31. Orchard seems to skip a few months of reporting.

No boss, mine hasn't updated in almost 2 months on EQ, 1 month on EX and 3 months on TU. I figured with all they are busy doing, they probably don't care about updating our files, one more way they show how little they care.

I have been wondering the same thing . Between me and my wife we have PIF four cards two orchard banks and one bestbuy store card and a bestbuy rewards MC and have been waiting to see what it does my score . Some were done in Jan and some were in Feb . But nothing has changed on our reports . Smiley Indifferent I also did pay of my BOA card and seen a jump of 40 points in my a FAKO . So i pulled a Fico thinking all were updated.

 

Bad new .. They werent ..

Good news  hopefully my score will increase and maybe i can join the 700 club soon!

I could swear that the same thing happened this time of year last year (Jan - Mar 08.) It's as if they're all still too wiped out from the holidays to punch the keys on their computers.

I figured they were so busy screwing their customers with CLDs that they wanted to make sure they finish the job by not reporting updates. I was furious when they INTENTIONALLY didn't process my payment that was scheduled before the statement date. They reported a balance, they also charged me finance charges and they are telling me oh we didn't post the payment until the 21st and your this and that was on 20th. On top of that, they haven't updated that I PIF because I was pissed with them and now still reporting with a balance. I am so furious with them. To add insult to injury the last time I asked for a balance update, they put on my report that I disputed account information and then afterwards they said, dispute resolved, customer disagrees, WTF? Personally I will break open a bottle of champage when this company totally dries up and burns up and goes to hell and is out of business.

Guess I just needed a little patience(which I don't have right now) because they have now updated on 2 of 3. Only TU is lagging behind, but they are behind on a couple other accounts too.

My friend, we all need to be patient. I know for me its hard too, so I feel you but unfortunately we are at the mercy of the system.
