Has this been your experience with Firestone (CFNA)

I was excited to get another credit card yesterday: Firestone.  I was just doing a search and came across reviews of the bank here http://cleveland.citysearch.com/review/8026692.  The ones I find particularly disturbing are of someone having a collections reported for $.02 and CFNA does not report your CL, but only your balance.  From what I have read here, this is what Cap 1 used to do.  Anyone have this or similar experiences with this bank?

Yes, they just report your high balance. Best to max out the card and make one large quick payment immediately to get your util back down.

They are a difficult creditor to deal with. Online approval, but then when you go in to the tire store to buy your tires - you have to fill out a paper application and then speak to someone on the phone to get approved again.

I Paid them off before the 90 days 0% deal was up.

On the bright side, they are a rare almost exclusively TU puller.
