Wow, I've done all the searches and only found one number; which was the same number I called. Is there a current backdoor number where CL increases are considered? All I got was the runaround at Cap One. Thanks in advance.

There's definitely a number. I called it yesterday. Look in the capital one executive thread around page 7-8
So as not to have CAP1 close out the number which most of us know from using it we ask that you not call it but use either Facebook or CAP1 email to contact them and wait for them to call you
We want everyone to have access and not misuse the number so that others will have that opportunity as well
Got it. Actually that did occur to me when none of the numbers worked (that it had been overused). If I recall I did use email to have a baddie removed, but that was a more serious matter that I knew required an email. This is on a CLI that I thought would be auto approved. It drives me batty to wait 7-10 days.
Thank you for the heads-up.

I reached out via FB. I sent a private message to the Cap One page on FB and a rep from the EO office contacted back in about 3 days. Try FB.

I've heard of people having great success with FB. I emailed social@capitalone.com to get my first CLI while rebuidling. Seven months later I was able to get a second increase over the website. Try it out, they seem willing to work with longtime customers (ten years, here).
Gardening since May 2015Email or Facebook is the best option. Calling is the last resort. When you send a email, they usually reply back with an email or tell you to follow up with a phone call. Good luck!
