Help - credit report not being updated

Hello

I had Macy's remove a 30 day late - I have a contact there, received a letter stating same and addtionally spoke to the contact who again reviewed the account and resent the updated credit file -since they elimiated their internal records of the delinquencies

I sent the CRA a copy of the letter from macys - how long does this all take - I thought corrections were done within 30days

According to the person @ Macys the updated file was received by the CRA on 8/17 - I pulled a report on 8/24 and 30 day late still there - She resent the file to the CRA on 8/24 an as of today - still shows the 30 day

Please help - can I call the CRA??

Is it Equifax?  If so, it could take weeks, possibly years to update.  Nah, just kidding but they are super slow.  Do you have any other disputes with the CRA in question?  When I have had disputes in the past, I've noticed it takes a little longer than usual for any changes to update.
