Since I have 2 freedom accounts I want to combine the CL's to them. However, if I apply for the CSP would it benefit me to do it before or after I app?
I can't think of why it would hurt to do it before but I just want to be sure.

Apply for the CSP first. If you don't get an instant approval and have to call into recon, you can offer to sacrifice one of your Freedom cards in exchange for approval. You can deal with moving CLs around after.
