Re: Help my friend with 0% APR strategy

@1LostArk  I know from experience that BOA will match their highest limit whatever it is rn. BOA matched my total amex limits on one card before i moved the limits around nd they didn't require a hard pull.

most of the others either wont allow a recon limit or will require another HP.

Good luck!

@1LostArk

1) banks can't discriminate on source of income whether it be UNEMPLOYMENT, WELFARE, or coming from SAVINGS.

does your friend have any income they are pulling from anywhere? I mean tbh. the amount of debt they are in isn't much. I paid off 150k in cc debt w BT offers.

even when I've been unemployed, I had 40k in income from unemployment and $$ I pulled from savings, and now tht rates are a little higher, you can get interest income too.

If they have savings to pull from and it's going into their main checking account, it can be used.

Really? That would be a way to convert assets to income for application purposes.    Unless the savings account is tax advantaged (e.g. really an IRA) the IRS certainly don't consider that income,so a request for tax transcript would be a problem.
