good afternoon,
I have some issues I want to discuss with CapitalOne that I can not resolve with general customer service. After reading threads here I attempted to reach out to CapitalOne via Facebook. It seemed odd to post on their timeline so I initiated a Messenger chat, leaving out all personal and sensitive information.
Can you help me understand the right way to go about this?
here's the situation:
1. Was chat the right method? The responded but said they can not give me a case officer through chat. they asked me to call a # they provided.
2. They are willing to pass on my feedback if I provide my name and zip code. Is this legitimate?
3. Should I be doing something different entirely?
Thank you, I'm hoping to discuss my CL, interest rate, and verify something with my rewards
You can always email the Capital One CEO directly and you should get a call from the executive office. Do a Google search and his email should come up. That being said, keep in mind that they will do nothing in regard to CL and interest rates. Too many people were calling about these things so they changed their policy to go with whatever the computer said in regards to CL and interest rate, and disconnected their phone.

As far as discussing your CL and interest rate, there's no point in wasting your time trying to get in touch with them. They will not do anything regarding these matters.
As stated you can send an email and you should get a call back, but CL and APR aren't something they are willing to handle anymore.
thank you for the response. which email address are you referring to?

myFico doesn't allow us to share email addresses. The best we can do is to just direct you to Google search "CapitalOne CEO email address" and you will get the one for the Capital One CEO.
Good luck.

+1
I'm not one to discourage anybody from trying, but historically Capital One hasn't willing to budge on this, even via the EO.
As others have mentioned already we're unable to post the CEO's email (or full name) here, but it's easily found using Google.
