Can someone explain how to make a payment for my navy federal credit card? I clicked MAKE A PAYMENT but didn't see an option for my banking info. Only the Navy Federal Savings/Checking.
You have to set up external bank acct first. Look under Transfers. That's where you set up bank acct and make payments. You make a transfer each month to your card from bank.

That right. Every CU I've ever banked with so far has allowed me to make payments on my CCs by "transferring" the funds into the CC account - be it an external transfer, or a direct transfer from your CU checking account.
I have the same question. I tried to set up a external transfer via their website.......theu emailed me a day later to confirm which I did but it wont allow me to actuallly start a transfer. After comfirming my outside bank account I read that it should now be in the transfer drop down menu on NFCUs website but still only gives me the option of my savings with them.....

Having a "duh" moment. Found it! Didn't scroll down enough. Can you schedule a payment for pending transactions too?
Okay so I just went back in to see if I could do it now and it lets me!!
MOMTIMES7- Once logged in you have to go to transfers. Click on external transfers and enter you bank account into. In 1-2 days they will send you a email to confirm your external account. I did that and then tried to make a transfer from my external account to my savings but wouldnt let me. It never gave me the option in the drop down menu for transfers. I guess you have to wait a few days because I did all that last week and now its giving me the option of my external account to make a transfer to my cashrewards but my savings isnt a option to transfer TO which is wierd because the guy who opened my account said I could transfer from a outside account to add money to my savings. Trust me im okay with it working for my credit card so I can make payments but would love to be able to deposit money into my savings that way as well.

Yes I think so too!! Thats awesome. Congrats! I didnt have my credit card linked when I first tried after confirming so maybe thats why it didnt show up because I had no accounts to transfer to? I have no clue lol. Does it give u the option to transfer to your savings? Maybe you can only do external transfers to loan products and checking accounts. I have no clue but congrats again for getting it set up!!!!
