Could someone help me determine which of my cards offer SP CLIs and at what interval I should be trying?
Here is what I think I have going... Maybe if someone could help me fill in the blanks and correct me anywhere I am wrong?
WalMart Store - GECRB every 4 months with phone call
MyPoints - Comenity every 4 months with luv button
Sportsman's Guide - Comenity every 4 months with luv button
Capital One - Every 6 months with luv button
PayPal MC - GECRB every 4 months with phone call
B of A - HP
Citi - ??
Georgia's Own CU - ??
AMEX BCE - Waiting on 61 day 3X via luv button
Citi is a SP online with the button. I was told today you could do it every 6 months. I got an online SP CLI with them about 30 days ago.

For Cap1, the EO route seems to be the better way to get what you want. The luv button is notorious for $500 or less CLI's. The best of luck to you.
I was under the impression that with Citi, the luv button can be either a HP or SP, and that it will tell you whether or not a HP will be needed for a CLI.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I thought Commenity (Sportsmans Guide, Total Rewards, etc.) after the initial CLI's at approval would take 9 months for a CLI. I got a CLI on Total Rewards from $1000 to $4000 right after approval 5 months ago via LB and nothing since.

I'm not sure... I have read where several people have hit the luv button multiple times immediately after getting the cardsand got multiple CLIs, but when I tried that it said the accounts were too new on both my Comenity cards. I was thinking every four months for some reason. Maybe someone will clarify??
Is the an "Ultimate Guide to SP CLIs" thread somewhere maybe??
If there's a luv button, I just hit it whenever I feel like it....
4 months between CLIs, in my case. I received my Comenity Total Rewards Visa 6/15/2013. I called in and spoke to a rep who said that they can keep trying for a CLI until it is declined. I clicked the request CLI button on 7/11/2013 and it was granted, CLI $500 to CL $2500. I again tried on 10/15/2013 and it was denied (3 months since last CLI). On 11/21/2013 I tried again and it was granted for an additional $500. This time, I kept hitting the request button 6 times until it declined. Every request was an additional $500 until the CL was $5500.

Same here, I've been sooo active w/ those luv buttons on Cap1/Citi/TJX lately I should just stop as i'm tired of getting those denied letters in the mail lol
