Higher limit on quicksilverOne or regular Quicksilver?

I know the Quicksilver is the prime card, but if you're on the good/excellent credit line, would it be best to apply for a QS1 and get a couple thousand dollars as a SL instead of going for the regular QS and only getting like a $500 limit? How does it usually work?

you got that opposite. the QS1 is inferior to the QS and will give you a lower SL. the QS is the way to go in that situation

sorry i was on a call doing an app for someone. ok.

keep in mind that cap1 is loose on that "excellent" category. i would prequal first and then go from there but definitely go with the QS first. and the QS visa won't offer $500. that's a $3k minimum.

Thanks. Going from a secured to unsecured has my mind warped, there are so many options.

No I don't. I have their secured card that I opened last May but that's it for them. My credit is very good now, I just don't want to sell myself short by getting a card like the QS1 when I coulda got a regular QS.

That's mine too. Plus I have a a BK-7 that was discharged 12/13 and my TU has 2 small collections that are 5 years old. My exp and eq are totally clean besides the BK.

I'm just gonna go for the regular QS and cross my fingers. I was gonna go for a chase freedom too but I keep getting mixed review on how they view BK so I dunno about them.
